I called Pronto on Saturday and they were able to schedule me for service on Monday. I was so glad to be able to get an appt that soon. We had a leak underneath our kitchen sink aed needed a new faucet installed (which I pre-purchased one at Home Depot). Lee was punctual, very professional & kept me informed thruout the entire process. He also explained the pricing clearly. It did not take him long to get the old faucet out & new one in. Problem solved! I’m pleased with the service.
