The water system of our old family home was a mystery to me, and the water was making us sick. Chris and Aaron came and told me how to shock the well, and installed a uv system to kill bacteria. When Chris came back for a follow-up testing, bacteria was gone, but ph reading was abnormal. Pronto kept testing until they found out the cause - our water is over 6 times normal acidity. Pronto re-piped the entire house ( a major challenge) and installed an acid filter/ water softener. Chris did a thorough explanation of the work they did. Now I know what every pipe serves, and how every piece of the system works. I am so happy with this company! Chris and Aaron were cheerful, careful, and thorough in their work, never cutting corners, but doing every step in order to leave us with a safe, complete working system. I had had a previous estimate done for re-piping. Pronto came in well below that figure. I am beyond pleased - I am ecstatic!
