Technician (Tommy) was outstanding; he was courteous and knowledgeable. I thought the total cost ($310) was a bit high for the work we needed, but I had agreed up-front to the charge for the job and so have no real complaints. Pronto Plumbing was also very responsive and timely; I appreciated the same-day response for our leak issue.
