It was nice meeting both of you. Let us know if you have any other questions concerning the softeners. Wishing you Paul a wonderful weekend. Mark & Southside Plumbing team.
Did a partial toilet rebuild in the women’s restroom.
Needle valve, and cut into the Water main with a 3/4” x 1/2” tee. Provided a 1/4 turn compression valve. Attached on existing tubing to the fridge. Also put on a new relief valve to the water heater. Increase pressure and expansion tank, and routed the relief valve closer to the floor drain. Wishing you and your family a phenomenal year. Mark, with Southside Plumbing.
Sewage line was blocked. Attempted to clear line and found significant break. Gave estimate for complete replacement.
Excavated broken sewer pipe and replaced with new line including cleanouts.
Pulled and reset undermount sink in basement bathroom. Cleaned out popup assembly in right hand sink. Straightened out handle for hot side in upstairs guest bath.
The customer wanted a second opinion on the toilet. They will call us if any issues arise.
The customer had a garbage disposal that wasn’t working. I found the plates to be stuck. I was able to free up the garbage disposal with a key. No warranty on the disposal. Gave estimate for a disposal and a flood stop and new shutoffs
Cleared clogged main line from a clean out access in the basement
A leak in the basement is causing a brown spot on the ceiling tiles. The leak is coming from the cold water line where it tees off for the kitchen sink. The tiles were removed as needed and the tee was cut out. The tee was replaced with new copper pipe and soldered fittings.
Customer had a higher than normal water bill. They wanted a plumber to check the system. I looked at the meter, in the yard, to see if there was any movement. The meter didn’t move for over 15 minutes. I checked the toilets and didn’t see any movement. There are no signs of water leaking anywhere in the home. House pressure was also tested to be 108 psi. I recommend replacing the pressure regulator valve. See estimates
Pressure Reducing Valve Installation: Installed a pressure reducing valve to address dangerously high water pressure in the home. This protected plumbing fixtures from damage and ensured safer, more consistent water flow.
Plumbing Remodeling: During a full kitchen and bathroom remodel, I rerouted outdated plumbing lines, installed new supply and drain fixtures, and tested all connections. The upgrade improved functionality, aesthetics, and system efficiency.
Hose Bibb Replacement Service: I installed a new hose bibb on the exterior of the home, replacing an outdated and leaking fixture. The installation included securing proper shutoff inside the wall, sealing all connections to prevent backflow, and pressure testing the line.
