I'm horrible with names I think the name of repair man was Wes! He did the a super job and pleasant. Now I personally was surprised at the cost and that probably because I hadn't kept up with cost of repair. So I'll give you a middle star, but don't be bothered it's OK. Was really happy he got my issue taken care of on short notice. Will call again thanks

Having used Southside Plumbing in the past, they are a great company. Excellent customer service and easy to work with. Our service tech, Chris, was very professional and knowledgeable. The only concern I have is; why does it cost almost $400 for 1/2 hour of work? That's a rate of $800 per hour for labor. I understand that there is a trip fee built into this rate, however, $800 per hour is quite steep. The materials used did not come to much.

Cleared main drain which had backed up from the floor drain.
Customer has a leaking expansion tank. I gave multiple estimates. Customer will let us know
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to come to work on your home. Today we put in a AquaNot Spin 508 some pump system. Put in three porcelain sinks, four kitchen faucets,and 8 compression valves. Looking forward to any conversation you have concerning the tank or tankless water heater. Mark and Gabe with Southside Plumbing.
The home is to be listed for sale soon and the current owner wants to update a few fixtures. The master bathroom faucets were replaced as well as the kitchen faucet. The tub faucet in the master bathroom faucets had to be repaired with a new cartridge to reattach the handle properly. There was also a toilet in the bedroom bath closest to the front door that needed repair parts installed in it.
Customer bought a garbage disposal and dishwasher for us to install. I gave estimates for work. Customer said they would call us back, if they want to proceed.
Replaced a shutoff valve to an outside Hosebibb.
The customer wants to add a hose bib. It will be an additional 250 to install a hose bib. The gas meter dropped due to setting. The house’s siding was ripped up because the pipe dropped. The inside basement ceiling will be cut to see what the condition of the pipe is. The existing pipe needs to be removed and repiped to account for the settling
Replaced 1” backflow device in front yard.
Rebuild toilet and installed a customer supplied bidet

Repaired section of 3/4” hot water piping in mechanical room ceiling above water softener.
A new fridge valve box was installed in the wall behind the fridge. The valve is ready for the new fridge to be hooked up and the line can be turned off at the appliance.
Came out for smell in sewage ejection pit room. We inspected the pit and everything looked to be functioning fine. We noticed one of the plates that covered a hole in the pit, and the vent pipe connection going into the pit, were both loose and disconnected. We sealed those connections with some silicone to try and help. In the same room we also saw a p-trap with a discharge line running into it. The trap looked to be empty so we filled it with water. If the smell still occurs please give us a call back! While at the house we also turned on the water to the outside kitchen and tested the faucet.
