Jacob was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. I had my eye on a larger, more expensive disposal and he steered me to a less expensive model that was better quality to save me money. While he was replacing my disposal, he answered my questions about tankless water heaters. He was a very nice man, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Great experience. I will use Sunrise Plumbing again in the future.
