Just finished clearing a severely clogged kitchen drain. Used a combination of mechanical snaking and hydro-jetting to remove the stubborn blockage. Water is now flowing freely. Advised the homeowner on preventative measures to avoid future clogs, such as proper disposal of grease and food waste.
Completed the installation of a new, energy-efficient tankless water heater. Removed the old, failing unit and ensured all connections for gas and water were secure and leak-free. Educated the client on the benefits of tankless systems, including on-demand hot water and potential energy savings. Tested the unit thoroughly to guarantee proper operation and consistent hot water supply throughout the house.
Addressed a running toilet issue. Diagnosed a faulty flapper valve and a partially seized fill valve. Replaced both components with new, durable parts. Adjusted the float level to ensure proper water fill and shut-off. Conducted a flush test multiple times to confirm the toilet was no longer leaking water and functioning efficiently.
