Glenn came to fix a slow drain in our tub. He was the definition of professional and polite. He wore shoe protectors and put down a drop-cloth to protect the floors. He worked quickly and provided me with estimates for possible upgrades & fixes for our trap & tub. Thanks again!

I've seen billboards for Taggart before, and decided to give them a try with their drain cleaning special as I've been having periodic issues with a basement drain. They were quick to respond and get me scheduled and the times were easy to work around my day to day stuff. Chuck arrived right on time and took all the care I expected from seeing their advertisements about drop clothes and even shoe covers. He was really friendly and let me explain what was going on and then explained what he'd be doing and why. One of the best things I liked about this was the fact that he scoped the drains with a camera first, which I didn't expect but greatly appreciated being able to see what the condition of the drain lines were like before we even did any work. After the job was done, Chuck cleaned everything up like nothing even happened and even cleaned some gunk off the wall that came from the snake being coiled back out. All in all a really professional experience and I'm very glad I chose them. I will not hesitate to use them again!

Taggart is an exceptional plumbing company. Mike was able to come to the house for the estimate earlier than originally scheduled. Taggart called ahead of time to see if that would be okay. He then made some recommendations, giving me the option of a fix that was more long term, as well as a more economical option. I’ve used Taggart before and was very pleased with how upfront they are about cost and doing everything they can to keep costs low. We agreed to the work and a schedule. Mike was right on time for the agreed upon two-hour window. He discussed with me again the plan and procedure then got to work. We had several projects that needed to be addressed and he completed all of them in a timely fashion. Everything looks great and I hope I don’t have to call them again, but will in a hurry
