I've seen billboards for Taggart before, and decided to give them a try with their drain cleaning special as I've been having periodic issues with a basement drain. They were quick to respond and get me scheduled and the times were easy to work around my day to day stuff. Chuck arrived right on time and took all the care I expected from seeing their advertisements about drop clothes and even shoe covers. He was really friendly and let me explain what was going on and then explained what he'd be doing and why. One of the best things I liked about this was the fact that he scoped the drains with a camera first, which I didn't expect but greatly appreciated being able to see what the condition of the drain lines were like before we even did any work. After the job was done, Chuck cleaned everything up like nothing even happened and even cleaned some gunk off the wall that came from the snake being coiled back out. All in all a really professional experience and I'm very glad I chose them. I will not hesitate to use them again!

Jake is very professional and extremely polite. He knew what he was doing and took care in protecting the cabinets, counter tops and floors during the course of his work. He listened to our concerns, not a trait I can see in most people. He is a good man; someone management should consider as a trainer. We will call you in the future and recommend him to folks we know. I do have one question on the invoice - the charge for capping the drain under the kitchen sink. Why so much for doing something he was already dealing with in replumbing the dishwashers? I realize he was only following company protocol; I didn't bring this up to him when he presented the estimate to me. So, no problem in paying it.
