This was the 2nd project Jake resolved for us. He is professional, courteous and careful. He is very conscious of cleaning up after the job is done. He explains what is necessary and why the charges are appropriate. We will contact Taggart in the future when we have any issues.

Jake is very professional and extremely polite. He knew what he was doing and took care in protecting the cabinets, counter tops and floors during the course of his work. He listened to our concerns, not a trait I can see in most people. He is a good man; someone management should consider as a trainer. We will call you in the future and recommend him to folks we know. I do have one question on the invoice - the charge for capping the drain under the kitchen sink. Why so much for doing something he was already dealing with in replumbing the dishwashers? I realize he was only following company protocol; I didn't bring this up to him when he presented the estimate to me. So, no problem in paying it.

The plumber (Visca) was outstanding in every respect! The pricing seemed high for the job ($1600 to replace new garage sink and lines and move two valves, where the previous were damaged by our dog).
