When I sent a request to the Service Company, I got a call within hours to send a tech out the same day. They were able to send Jay out within an hour. Jay was able to assess my sewer line had tree roots growing in it and he was able to cut out all the roots in my line to clear it out. He was informative and helped me understand what my pipes needed. He was done in a timely manner and saved my line! Would reccomend Jay and The Service Company Plumbing & Drains to anyone!

Called the service company when we had a hot water heater that was not working. the service technician that came out was very professional polite And quickly was able to assess that the water heater tank was failing. He was able to source the parts and quickly get our hot water needs up and running. Now our family is able to enjoy a hot shower and get our dishes taken care of. When a number of other plumbers were unable to schedule timely service to save our basement from flooding, Jay Cadamy of The Service Company carved time out of his day to respond practically immediately and solved our problem. Jay also demonstrated his substantial familiarity with well-water related plumbing issues. I will use him again next time we need a plumber.

Jay is an awesome repair technician. Very friendly and knowledgeable. My teenage son thought he was great and had interesting stories. Our water heater needed replaced he went and got it and installed the same day. This all happened on a Friday and I thought for sure we would have to wait till Monday.
