Jay is an awesome repair technician. Very friendly and knowledgeable. My teenage son thought he was great and had interesting stories. Our water heater needed replaced he went and got it and installed the same day. This all happened on a Friday and I thought for sure we would have to wait till Monday. They really came through for me. I would definitely use them again.
