When I sent a request to the Service Company, I got a call within hours to send a tech out the same day. They were able to send Jay out within an hour. Jay was able to assess my sewer line had tree roots growing in it and he was able to cut out all the roots in my line to clear it out. He was informative and helped me understand what my pipes needed. He was done in a timely manner and saved my line! Would reccomend Jay and The Service Company Plumbing & Drains to anyone!

I had to 50 gallon hot water tanks replaced. They first came out and we ordered lowboy tanks. It took about a week to get the tanks and they showed up on time spent about five hours installing the tanks. There are no problems and they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again. Derek was very easy to work with.
