You sent someone with a 75ft camera/cleanout to a 100ft sewer line; they did it from the street side. Less than six days later, had a massive sewer backup that flooded my basement. I believe that they pushed whatever they were flushing into the last 25 feet of the line, toward the house, ultimately causing the clog that resulted in the backup. Not nice to have feces come up through the drain in a downstairs shower. Yes, I'm livid: cost me $1100 to to get competent people to clear the clog and to do the sewer video through its full length. That means it cost me over $2,000 to use your company. My reviews of your disservice will be online.
