I knew that we were having issues with our sump pump, so I had purchased a new one. Not able to do it myself because of the well constantly full of water and the current pump barely keeping up, I decided to call TMZ Plumbing. I received a call from Todd. He asked what was going on and listened. Then he told me that Nick would be at the house within an hour or so. Nick called me first to make sure I was home, and showed up on time. He helped me get everything done within an hour. He was professional and knowledgable. Ii would recommend them and will most likely use them again. Plumbing costs are what they are, only issue I had was their office is 3 miles from my house and I felt that a $65.00 service charge just to drive to to my house was high, service fee should be based on how far you need to drive. Overall, I was happy with the work and Nick did a great job. Thank you
