Michael with Wooten Plumbing is knowledgable, personable, and professional. He listened to our concerns, and his expertise regarding our collapsed sewer line was welcoming information. Michael explained the process for digging, the foundation work for accessing plumbing under the concrete back porch, replacing and securing pipe to the clean out and main sewer line. He also explained protection service, any warranty that may be available, how many days the job will take, and how soon they can start. Michael’s excellent customer service speaks to his level of expertise. Thank you, Michael!

Jeremy, and his assistant were very helpful, Jeremy, explained the water heater unit to me, and did visual check of the unit and took a plate off to check the wiring, he explained how the water heats at different times of the year; I felt he was both knowledgeable, and polite. He helped me make a decision regarding replacement of the water heater at this time which was something I needed in order to make the decision at the present time. I believed his honesty during the conversation, which is to be commended. I will be using Wooten for any future plumbing needs and if in the future it is necessary I will have Wooten do the replacement. Thank you for providing me with such service. Donna

The two men were polite, kind, and professional. They assessed the repairs needed, gave a quote on cost, purchased supplies needed and finished the repairs in a timely fashion. I could not ask for better service. The last thing that I told the two technicians was, “Tell your boss that you deserve a raise!” And they do deserve a raise.

Replace a 1/4” compression stop, with a 1/4” compression male coupling to eliminate the shut off completely
We will replace the cartridge with a new cartridge. We are not responsible for the condition of the valve in the wall.
Conduct 2 tankless flushes and reroute two condensation lines. Service partner plan.
Option to perform tankless water heater flush for two units. We are NOT responsible for the conditions of either unit due to the age of the units.
We will turn off power to the water tank and replace all electrical parts and do a complete flush on the tank we will then fill the tank back up and turn on the system

Once Sheetrock and backer board has been replaced we will return to reset two urinals and flush valves
This would be a attempt to repair. We would drain the hot water tank and replace the gas valve to attempt to have it working properly.
Found the mop sink was back-feeding hot water. Suggested to shut the sink off once it’s done being used.
