Michael with Wooten Plumbing is knowledgable, personable, and professional. He listened to our concerns, and his expertise regarding our collapsed sewer line was welcoming information. Michael explained the process for digging, the foundation work for accessing plumbing under the concrete back porch, replacing and securing pipe to the clean out and main sewer line. He also explained protection service, any warranty that may be available, how many days the job will take, and how soon they can start. Jeremy, and his assistant were very helpful, Jeremy, explained the water heater unit to me, and did visual check of the unit and took a plate off to check the wiring, he explained how the water heats at different times of the year; I felt he was both knowledgeable, and polite. He helped me make a decision regarding replacement of the water heater at this time which was something I needed in order to make the decision at the present time. I believed his honesty during the conversation, which is to be commended. I will be using Wooten for any future plumbing needs and if in the future it is necessary I will have Wooten do the replacement. Thank you for providing me with such service. Donna

We will pull out the stem and washer for the seat and rebuild the outside faucet with a repair kit. This is an attempt to repair and not a guaranteed fix. If the repair kit does not work we will need to type up a replacement option.
Repair a pvc fitting near the water meter underground in the front yard. The fitting has cracked and is leaking badly.
We will run our cable down the standpipe for the washer drain in an attempt to clear. There is no vent so we can’t guarantee that our equipment will make it through the p-trap. This is an attempt. #no
Crawl under the house to replace the outside faucet.
Pull the toilet to snake the drain we will reinstall the toilet with new wax ring and stool bolts Install new kohler toilet builder grade
Replace three aerators in the mans and women’s customer bathrooms to lower the flow and cut back on splashing.
We will pull up the 4 toilets that wobble and reset them to the floor. This does not include flange repairs or replacements. If the flanges need to be replaced we will have to come up with a price to fix those. If all the flanges look to be in good shape we will just reset the toilets. From there we will rebuild the 2 toilets that constantly run with new fill and Douglas valves as well as new tank bolts rebuild 1 toilet that is constantly running that is a power flush toilet. Then we will use a hand auger to attempt to clear the clogged urinal. Rebuild 1 tns faucet that is leaking. Deducted cost of attempt to clear urinal with hand auger and charged price to pull urinal snake it and replace the bad flushometer.
Carbon dioxide alarm. Checked out the water heater, flu pipe and other gas pipes in the home. Found the supply line to the stove leaking pretty bad. Disconnected it, resealed and tested.
We will attempt to fix the leaking faucet by changing out the cartridge and o ring as well as sanding down the install of the shower valve to remove scaling and hard water build up.
Potentially has a drain leak. Settling. Talked to her about hydro test and camera work. Talked about pipe lining possibilities. She has to call her Dad about money. Mentioned financing
We will check all the gas lines inside the grill by hooking up a gas pressure gauge and checking all visible fittings and do a timer check on holding gas pressure. From there we were able to determine that the hard piped fittings where holding pressure so we then opened up the gas flex lines shut off valves for the fixtures and found one hose leaking and a regulator that was burping improperly. We replaced the regulator and fixed the leaking flex hose. We found that the building sewer was backing up due to a clog before the grease trap we were able to run a snake down the clean-out outside and clear the clog.

Jason Waiting to reach out to the pool company that built his pool to see if they know where the valve might be. We’ll do the work once it’s found. If they can’t find it we will dig a hole and have dillon back out with us to try to locate.
