When you call you get great customer service. They call when headed your way, and send photo of who is coming. They left the place clean when they were finished. Dillion was my technician and he was awesome. Very polite and explained what all was taking place. Very happy with my service.

Replaced halo.. for the 3rd time. Added in two vacuum breakers.
We will order the part once the part comes in we will replace it. We will turn the navien on in order to make sure that everything else is working properly and in good order.
I replaced a defective Halo water filtration system with a new model. This involved disconnecting the old unit, securing the new filtration system, and integrating it with the existing plumbing infrastructure. I ensured all connections were tight and leak-free. The installation was followed by a system flush to verify that the water quality met all safety and performance standards.

Run sewer machine up into the home from the clean out as well as the camera.
Looked at well house there is a leak couldn’t pinpoint it to be the troughs or a in ground leak customer stated he didn’t want me looking at them so I cannot come up with a good evaluation.
We will do away with the backed up drain by capping it off we will install a condensate pump and run it into the attic then drop it down the soffit on the outside of the house. We will anchor it to the house on the outside.
We will attempt to clear the clogged up drain line with our cables. This is not a guaranteed fix that is why it is an attempt.
Condensate drain is clogged up and is not draining. Options given to attempt to clear it or reroute the condensate line outside.
