Once Sheetrock and backer board has been replaced we will return to reset two urinals and flush valves
Inspected womens bathroom for drainage back up.
Attempted to clear main line between bathroom groupings
No clog found in restroom. Flushometer is giving inconsistent flushes. Option to rebuild Flushometer.
Came out to look at a leaking urinal. Upon arrival there was not a urinal that was leaking in the upstairs bathroom or downstairs and the fixtures were working as they should.
Rebuild the components of one broken urinal and install auto flush valve. Perform a chemical treatment on the 4 urinals to clear drain lines.
Toilet repair service visit. Disassemble and reassemble top toilet flush valve to examine parts for defects.
We will replace the 2 flushometers for the toilets and one for a urinal and pull and reset the first toilet.
Option to dig up meter can and repair leak in-ground. This will require water shut off to whole building. Hole will be back filled upon completion of repair. Tractor dig due to asphalt. Did not have to bust through the asphalt. Replaced pressure reducing valve inside the meter can.
Drain clearing service call. Cleared sewer line between bathroom groupings. Performed video inspection to confirm blockage was cleared.
Option to replace toilet in women’s restroom for new elongated toilet. Does not include flange repairs. If necessary a new option will be made for repairs.
