Today I completed the installation of a Rheem Performance Plus 50-gallon electric water heater for a customer. I began by safely disconnecting and removing the old unit. I then secured the new Rheem tank in place, connected the 3/4" cold water inlet, 3/4" hot water outlet, and installed the temperature/pressure relief valve per code. I wired the 240V electrical connections and filled the tank, checking for any leaks. After performing a full system test, I set the thermostat to the customer's desired 120°F temperature setting. The home now has a reliable source of energy-efficient hot water.
Performed sewer line snaking from the apartment to the septic tank using a cable auger fed through a vent on the roof. Utilized a high-powered cable auger machine with a flexible cable and cutting head to break through obstructions, such as tree roots or debris, ensuring thorough cleaning and restoration of proper drainage.

Just wrapped up a water softener repair in Claremore, OK for a wonderful new client. Tackled issues with a Pentair Fleck 5600SXT, focusing on the resin tank and brine valve assembly. Conducted thorough regeneration cycle adjustments and resin bed cleaning to restore optimal ion exchange efficiency.

Service fee heating and air unit blew a hose off and I tightened it back on and they are calling the company that installed it
