Once we signed the contract and the project started the communication started to diminish. Whenever I would call with a simple question or concern I was made to feel like a neurotic client. If you are a "do it yourself" kind of person this is not the company for you. You would be better off doing your homework on pool equipment to make sure you are getting quality work done and going with a more customer service friendly company. Be prepared to pay AT LEAST $5,000 more than what is quoted for a pool cleaner and pool maintenance company to get you started.
