We've got the crew ready to start on a new foundation repair project today. We had a small delay with the rainy weather, but today we'll be able to start digging holes for our steel pier installation.
It's a little dark, but you can see the concentric piers that are no longer stabilizing this foundation. At best they support your house a couple feet under your foundation, but our steel piers go deeper the secure your foundation for a lifetime.
We have some pier installation in progress for our customer. This is just one of ten steel piers that will be installed to stabilize this foundation and prevent further foundation settlement.
Our customer was noticing cracks around her house and it appears the previous foundation repair is not working out. Those concentric piers are low in price, but only last a few years at best. We'll remove these and install 10 steel piers that will last a lifetime.

Starting a new foundation repair project for the Hill family. Our customer noticed the walls and ceiling cracking in the front of her home. Here is a couple of the field installers digging holes to install piers. We'll install 13 steel piers to stabilize and lift the foundation.
We're close to finishing up this foundation repair project today. Here is the foreman using a hydraulic pump to push the steel piers into the ground until they hit resistance. This resistance will stabilize the foundation and then we'll lift sections if needed.
