One of our crew members is working in a tight space to get a steel pier installed for our customer's foundation repair project. While it is a challenge, we are meticulous when installing materials around interior and exterior features.
Here's an another inside look of the tunnel for this foundation repair. You can see our set up on the left of our piercing system that we are using to stabilize the foundation of this commercial building.
Our steel pier installations for this foundation repair project is running smoothly. As soon as all 9 piers are installed we'll be able to stabilize and lift the foundation to prevent future settlement.

Here's a photo of one the steel piers being installed to hold up this condominium. It's different from our commonly used pier system because these are being installed through a tunnel under the building. Tunneling under a building to stabilize a foundation is an alternative to breaking through the flooring inside the building.
Digging holes to begin a 9 steel pier installation for this foundation repair project. Our customer was noticing cracks in the walls and some of his doors weren't closing properly, but stabilizing the home's foundation will correct this issue.
We're all set up here and ready to install steel piers for this foundation repair project. The homeowner noticed that the windows and entry doors were not opening properly and getting stuck. We'll install 8 steel piers to correct this issue and end the foundation settlement.

We've got the crew ready to start on a new foundation repair project today. We had a small delay with the rainy weather, but today we'll be able to start digging holes for our steel pier installation.
Here's one of the steel piers we are installing in a tunnel under this condominium. This is part of a ongoing commercial foundation repair project and we've been working on multiple buildings for this community.
It's a little dark, but you can see the concentric piers that are no longer stabilizing this foundation. At best they support your house a couple feet under your foundation, but our steel piers go deeper the secure your foundation for a lifetime.
We finished covering up most of our customers furniture and decor to protect it from the debris caused by the breakouts. This foundation repair project requires a complete stabilization, so we're installing plenty of the steel piers inside the house.

Here's shot from inside the tunnel underneath on the the complexes we are working on. You can see here where a steel pier has been installed. Sometimes we'll tunnel underneath a foundation if the homeowner's don't want to break through their flooring to install interior piers.
Here's one of our crew members getting our steel piers installed. You can see the piers to the left and right of him. The piers will be pushed into the ground until they hit bedrock or resistance to stabilize the foundation.
