Good people and unique product

The staff were great. Scott was greatly knowledgable of the work and process of what was to be done. Robert and Pack did a great job of fulfilling the work to be done. Safest part was mlporch couldnt be lifted so that is still a problem, however, they were able to add the terethane under the porch to help a little.

Top notch service and prices very reasonable

Curt and his team went above & beyond on my basement system. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and really hard workers. Tony was extremely helpful to me also. . It’s been by experience in the past when doing repairs that something always comes up that requires an increase In price. They found a different way for water to drain. Tony immediately told me that he would find out about adjusting final bill accordingly. I am very appreciative for his help & the savings he got for me. I liked the communication that Curt & Tony had with me through the entire project. Workers like these men is what helps give Basement Systems of WV a great name. Well done!!

25 year challenge

I have been fighting a small spring dispensing water in my crawl space for 25 years with make shift pumps, dehumidifiers, etc. I finally got tired of it and called Pat and Ricki. They did an outstanding job. Looking to turn the crawl space into a man cave (lol). As far as costs I did not obtain a second quote so I am uncertain as to comparative pricing. However, the job seems well done with great service.

I am totally satisfied with the job Robbie and his crew did on the waterproofing job in my garage. They worked efficiently, were very courteous and preformed well as a team. Overall I am very impressed with Basement SystemsWV and will be happy to recommend you to anyone I know that needs this type of work. Jeff did a good job with his assessment, reviewed the work to be done and when a change was necessary because of hidden problems he came back made the adjustments and we moved forward. Price estimate was very reasonable, work was completed on time and clean up was great. Good job Basement Systems.
