West Memorial's customer service is nothing short of fantastic. I called to inquire about a memorial for my sister, and of course at a time like that, I was very emotional and really needed some good understanding and guidance. I spoke with Missy, who was very kind and began walking me thru the process of designing exactly what I wanted. She listened to my ideas and made suggestions. When I wanted changes, they were made happily without making me feel like I was asking too much or bothering anyone, we worked together and designed the perfect memorial for my sister, it turned out beautifully, it captures who she was and I'm forever grateful to everyone at West Memorial for making a truly difficult time easier for me and my family.
