Converted Fryer left vat to lp gas. Will still need tested with gas to set pressure. May have to do at customer location due to cannot fire burners with no oil in vat. Will return tomorrow to convert right side. 1/20/21 Was not able to check for gas leaks or set gas pressure at this time due to no LP gas hookup and no oil on site. Fryer will need these things done upon install

Issue with ice bin. Ice deflector broken off one left side. Will need replaced. Will order and return. 9/29/20 Removed ice from bin. Removed ice head from bin and adaptor plate. Installed new deflector. Put adaptor plate and head back on and ran and cycled ok

Found box temp on Walk-In Freezer at 16 degrees. Front of evap froze over only one evap fan running. Freezer filled with product could not get to evap. Customer moved product. Removed guards and blades and defrosted coil and motors. Put evap back together and ran two evap fans faulty from being caught in ice. Will need two new motors. Also found door leading outside to not have a sweep and can see right under door 1 inch gap will need sweep. Called manufacturer for part numbers and new fan motors are a retrofit and will need holes drilled to install. Spoke with manager and he said OK to order need by Friday. 8/14/20 Removed faulty motors and installed new retrofit motors and door sweep. Tested operation, OK

Repair rethermalizer unit: Removed filter drier, solenoid,sight glass. Installed new parts. Held 110psi nitrogen for 20 min ok no leaks. Pulled 500 micron vacuum and charged with factory charge. Ran and checked pressures and temps ok.
