Converted Fryer left vat to lp gas. Will still need tested with gas to set pressure. May have to do at customer location due to cannot fire burners with no oil in vat. Will return tomorrow to convert right side. 1/20/21 Was not able to check for gas leaks or set gas pressure at this time due to no LP gas hookup and no oil on site. Fryer will need these things done upon install

Issue with ice bin. Ice deflector broken off one left side. Will need replaced. Will order and return. 9/29/20 Removed ice from bin. Removed ice head from bin and adaptor plate. Installed new deflector. Put adaptor plate and head back on and ran and cycled ok

Found box temp on Walk-In Freezer at 16 degrees. Front of evap froze over only one evap fan running. Freezer filled with product could not get to evap. Customer moved product. Removed guards and blades and defrosted coil and motors. Put evap back together and ran two evap fans faulty from being caught in ice. Will need two new motors. Also found door leading outside to not have a sweep and can see right under door 1 inch gap will need sweep. Called manufacturer for part numbers and new fan motors are a retrofit and will need holes drilled to install. Spoke with manager and he said OK to order need by Friday. 8/14/20 Removed faulty motors and installed new retrofit motors and door sweep. Tested operation, OK

Repair rethermalizer unit: Removed filter drier, solenoid,sight glass. Installed new parts. Held 110psi nitrogen for 20 min ok no leaks. Pulled 500 micron vacuum and charged with factory charge. Ran and checked pressures and temps ok.

Removed Dishwaher cracked suction hose and installed new hose. Tested for leaks, found none.

Removed Dishwasher leaking wash pump motor and installed new pump and motor assembly. Ran, tested rotation and for leaks, all okay.

Found unit off. Found split rinse hose from booster. Replaced with truck stock. Ran. Found 60 PSI on rinse. Set point should be 20-25PSI. Unable to adjust regulator. Found difficulty getting unit to start. Was shown that they cycle power on and off and it starts up. Found booster gaskets leaking past. Likely due to high pressure. Will obtain parts and return. 5/15/18 Replaced pressure regulator, booster hose and plumbing. Removed booster elements and installed new gaskets. replaced booster cover. Ran unit and checked rinse temp and pressure and all okay. unit okay at this time.

(SATURDAY CALL OUT) Upon arrival found evap fans running. Compressor running, also condenser fan running. Evap coil solid ice. Customer was not turning unit off at night and there is no lid for cooler "prep area". Needs to be turned off at night to defrost until Customer can get lid for top. Will stop in Monday AM to check over, Unplugged compressor for tonight so coil will thaw.

Found unit at 50*F upon arrival and compressor not running by 115v, going to start components. Removed start components and installed 3 n 1 start package. Comp. runs at 6 amps and unit cycled at 39*F. Set t-stat end cycled unit at 33*F. T-stat was very tight. Will order new start components and t-stat. (Parts on order at United 7-18-16.) -- Returned to replace start components per parts order. Tested, working at this time.
