Steamer In use when got here. She said working great this morning. Drained it. Pulled hi limit, cleaned. Pulled bottom hose off delime port, tried to stick rod back thru, feels as though the steam generator is limed up and some of hose fittings. Could not get water level probes out to check or clean. Recommend getting new tank gasket and water level probes, to be able to take unit apart and get back in use same day. May need major delime if tank solid with lime. Unit did over fill one time during refill. Water was coming out top of steam generator. Need to quote repairs.
Found Combi Oven making a popping noise or fluttering sound when igniting. I did pull the burners and found them OK. I did calibrate the exhaust with the flue analyzer. unit now lighting without popping. I checked ops, OK ready to use.
Found the Ice Machine unit apart with the water fill valve missing. The drain is also apart with the waterline stuck down it. Need one000009120 water in let valve kit. Can't test further until the water valve is installed. Need to clean at that time too. 6/30/20 Replaced the water fill valve in the machine. Had to retrofit the valve into the machine. Ran ice machine cleaner thru the unit. Did wipe the inside down. Noted that this unit is very dirty and you can spend all day soaking and scraping the different parts to try to get the lime off them. When tested the unit makes ice but it is sticking to the evaporator and not sliding into the bin. Tried adjusting the level of the machine. Tried bigger cubes etc. but nothing worked Can try several things which may or may not work. Believe it is in the customers best interest to replace the machine. Will quote new evap. coil. Left the unit on. Will quote additional repairs and replacing the unit. Closing out this work order.
