Arrived at location on 9/7/21 - checked over unit, had hard time getting pilot to stay lit, found thermopile only producing 330mV, replaced thermopile. Pilot is now easy to light, customer has no oil for vat, verified that the burners lit when thermostat turned on. Was unable to test thermostat but found no other issues, found the thing in burner tube is the heat spreader and is supposed to be there, confirmed unit working correctly at this time.

Arrived at location on 9/2/21 - Checked in with Chef Pete. Checked over right side kettle next to Cleveland steamers. Turned on. Low Water light stays on. Checked sight glass. No water, filled jacket with distilled water, supplied by customer. Filled to half way level in the sight glass. Turned on. Set thermostat all the way up. As per instructions, let pressure get to 5 PSI and pulled on PRV pin to release air. Repeated 4 times. Put in cold water. Pressure dropped and came to 25" Hg. Filled with more cold water and turned on to high. The PRV valve release pin is broken. Chef Pete said to replace the valve. Will obtain. Water came to a rolling boil. Chef Pete verified. Will obtain PRV and return. Returned to location on 9/7/21 - Removed old PRV and installed new. Bled air. Cooled down kettle and it pulled a vacuum. Filled kettle with water and turned on. Heated. Water is boiling. Back in service.

Arrived at location on 8/27/21 - Checked thermostat and sometimes it was sticking. Replaced thermostat and checked superheat which was high. Opened txv and got superheat to 6 degrees. Also this is a keg cooler. And the alcohol got warm and takes a very long time to cool back down so unit is constantly running causing it to ice up. Let manager know I’m on call if it acts up again.
