the fuse was blown was running when he Left BUT it is not running now SERVICEMAN NEEDS TO COME BACK.
Installed a part for us, and 2 weeks in a row we have had additional issues, both of which we have been charged for and I don't fell we should have been, as none of the additional issues were our issue.
John is very attentive to getting the job done efficiently. He is very professional about handling situations and explains the problems to me in a way that we can understand the complicated equipment he is working with ! .He is friendly with the employees and has a great work ethic . He knows his job very well and it shows in the dedication he has to do a great job every time.
customer stated Conveyor Oven upper switch error. opened side and turned on found upper fan motor not running but had power was able to manually start motor. found bearings assembly making a lot of noise. also unit did not light the first time it tried. unit needs replacement blower motor and bearing assemblies. will also order new igniter and cable and cooling fans. unit is OK for use but may not start up again after it gets hot. 10/14/19 unit was off. tore back of unit apart. replaced bearing assembly on both top and bottom. replaced upper motor. also replaced both cooling fans and ignition system. tested. unit is working OK at this time. OK for use.
Found the bottom oven convection motor is bad and steam hoses are leaking drain hose is weak. I will obtain parts and return. 10/15/19 Replaced the fan motor and drain hose. unit is ready to use. found additional repairs needed. will quote additional repairs .unit is ready to use.
Found Proofer water inlet hose pulled out of compression fitting. Removed side panel, Pushed hose back through rear of unit and reinstalled in fitting. energized unit and checked operation unit operating normally at this time.
Found Ice Machine drain line was separated and missing a coupling, Ran to supply house to get coupling and replaced with hose and clamps. system is not leaking. Cleaned and sanitized unit and checked operation, changed both water filters and purged system. System is operating correctly. 9/17/19 Verified customer concern. Found small leak on water supply. also very corroded. customer tried tightening prior to my arrival which he said slowed it down. it is still leaking. line needs replaced. Found water. coming from inside unit. float is leaking. float assembly will need replaced. will order parts and return. customer wants reg shipping. 10/15/19 Replaced float valve and checked system for operation and system is working properly.
customer stated they turned the Steamer unit on/off several times, would not heat, orange light would come on, opened right side, turned unit on, filled and heated for me, started asking more questions, they did not hear the heating contactor engage, this would mean that the hold temp probe or timer interrupted this operation Note: quoting additional repairs, closing out this work order.
Tested the Convection Oven unit and found the hot surface igniter was not coming on with voltage to it. The timing on the module was questionable too. Replaced the hot surface ignitor and installed the updated module because of safety concerns with the timing of the existing module. Turned on and tested for operation. All okay.
examined Steamer unit, plugged in, have 211v supply, will not turn on found, 1/2 amp fuse blown, disconnected pump water level and control circuit new fuse blew. connected everything back up, disconnected heat circuit, turned on unit, everything else is now working called Jeff at Accutemp to I'd parts Note: quoting additional repairs, closing out this work order.
Customer stated hi limit tripping. Inspected unit and doesn't seem to be over heating. Relay not sticking so hi limit tripping early. Will order hi limit and return. 10/9/19 Removed bottom of unit. Removed faulty hi limit and cover plate. Installed new hi limit and mounted capillary bulb with spacer and mounting plate. Put components back together and tested. Unit heated to temp normally. Okay at this time.
Examined Reach In Freezer unit and found red product probe broken. Called servolift EASTERN and talked with Amber. Need P/N 3805030. They will contact Harrisburg if there is a software update available. Note: quoting additional repairs due to cost of part, closing out work order.
Found contactor on Ice Machine bad, replaced from truck stock and watched unit drop one batch of ice, Unit is working properly at this time, Unit does need cleaned but don't have time today, will have to return to clean
Resized gas lines to 1" on Gas Fryer, installed new plugs, plugged RTI lines, tested all vats, found no leaks, unit is working correctly.
Left fryer - found receptacle bad in the wall and plug overheated not getting all 3 phases of electric. found element wiring burnt up and contactors not working. I did repair the element wires. I will obtain new contactors and return. customer will get an electrician to replace the receptacle and plug. 9/30/19 Replaced the contactors. found one heat element heats OK and the other only gets voltage on one element loop and no voltage on the other loops. unit was previously wired wrong and will need rewired. also found left element has a bad element. I will obtain part and return. will have to trace and label /rewire. I will return. 10/4/19 Returned and repaired wiring in the contactor box. I checked ops all heat elements are working and unit is ready to use. customer still needs an electrician to replace burnt up receptacle and plugs at the wall. unit is ready to use
At location manager stated that bun feeder pin is missing. right side of unit opposite of the control panel. I removed covers and found pin inside unit. I spoke with mfg and they stated that the pin surface is attached to the body of the machine and there is no replacement part and that pin should be spot welded back in place. I temporarily reattached with an adhesive and bun feeder is now able to set in place. We will follow up to permanently weld pin in place. 10/1/19 Returned, found temp repair. cleaned surfaces and welded pin in place. unit OK for use.
Pulled heating box from Holding Cabinet unit. Opened box and tested. Found element heating normally but blower motor not working. Checked for voltage to motor and found 120v. Tried to spin by hand and spinning hard. Bad blower motor. Will need to replace. Will order part and return. 9/30/19 Removed faulty blower motor from unit. Installed new blower and hooked up wiring. Ran unit up to temp and calibrated. Unit okay at this time.
Checked out Holding Cabinet unit and found that the left controller is calling for heat but controller is not closing. Ran to shop to get new controller. installed and checked operation, okay. unit is pulling 6 amps and heated up to 205 degrees and cycled off, all operation okay.
