Gas not getting to the burner on the flat-top grill. Checked the gas regulator - working fine and installed correctly. Found that the safety valve was bad. Replaced the bad safety valve and tested the unit for proper function.

Arrived at location on 3/10/22 - Removed faulty control and probe and installed new parts and tested operation ok. Heated up and calibrated control.

Upon arrival found unit off. Pulled panels for visual inspection, OK. Started unit in hot air unit runs, heats, and cycled. Tried to recreate error and could not. Will get new hot surface ignitor and flame sense and return to install. 6/2/17 Found unit off. Removed burner assy., and removed hot surface ignitor (CLEC4018001 @ Electrode) and flame sensor (CLEC4018000 @ Electrode), and installed new ones. Started unit and let heat with no issues. Unit OK.

Kettle with 2 steamers 3500 MF. On arrival found kettle not working to test. Got good pilot 27.6 volts no voltage to main valve to open for burner. Ignition would not show any error lights. Ordering control. Call for price. 4/12/17 On arrival kettle not being used. Installed new module (MFO94-5022 Module) on kettle boiler and filled with water and test. Pilot lighting with good pilot and getting 27v to PV. Also getting getting 27v to MV main valve but not opening. Ordering new gas valve. Do not turn on kettle. Remove MV wire from gas valve. 4/27/17 On arrival found steamer/kettle and started to install new valve. Found valve was wrong voltage. Need to order correct valve. Called Market Forge. Spoke to Tim. Found he provided wrong part number. QWP (expedited freight) correct part per Tim. No charge labor per service manager 5/1/17 On arrival kettle not being used. Installed new 24v gas valve (MFO94-5023 Valve), hooked up power and filled to check operation. Pilot lit and all burners

Looked at unit left and middle would not heat, turn t-stat too high and was only in low flame. Adjusted t-stat on both, did not hold will need new t-stat for left and middle. Spoke to Terry at factory and got part number. -- Remove front cover, remove drip tray and remove top to get to temp bulbs. Install 3 BJ t-stats and checked operation at 200*, 250*, working properly.
