Water filtration is overdue to be cleaned and changed, and mold has started to form. Replaced moldy water filter
Checked hi limit on Gas Fryer, is good. Found a lot of carbon on limit. Cleaned off. Brought up to temp. Tested okay.
Conveyor Oven not heating, checked voltages, 237.7 High Voltage, But only 22.4 volts on Low Voltage, recommend to replace Transformer and relay, had 22.4 at gas valve but would not pull in, transformer is weak, contact said to replace both transformers in upper and lower unit. 9/05/19 Top oven, Replaced old Fenway ignition module with the new updated Fenway module. Cleaned ignitor, checked at set gas pressure to 4.0 in WC. Checked both cooling fans, okay. Unit still comes up with error Open and 909F error. Temp control module face is melted and probe is no good. Kyle said replace both ASAP. Bottom over, replaced obsolete Honeywell ignition module with the new Fenwal updated module, running now and seems okay. Cleaned ignitor, checked gas pressure and set at 4.0 in WC. Checked the 24 volt, seems okay, left the transformer with manager. Per Kyle. Will return with new Temperature module and probe to replace.
Cleveland Steamer - Removed and replaced boiler based steamers. installation is not complete. Unit will be completed tomorrow. 4/3/19 Made final connections. Let heat up to temperature. found no leaks. tested kettles connected. found ready to use.
Chef asked me to look at the coffee/juice machine in connections dining room. Needs a new water filter. Called United in York and ordered. Will be in Monday. 11/07/18 Picking up parts locally. Replaced water filter, all good.

Found temp control board not closing sometimes. Will order parts 1/31/18 Installed temp probe, temp board and potentiometer switch. Set temp, tested okay.
Convection Oven motor very loud on startup, have 120v to motor, okay to order. 1/9/18 Installed motor, brought up to temp, tested okay.
