I quickly arrived at the place of business and assessed the issue with the client's steamer. The investigation led to the source of the problem being a malfunctioning steam generator. I repaired the steam generator and then replaced the filters on the appliance to ensure optimal performance. We scheduled regular commercial kitchen equipment maintenance services with the business.
Arrived at location on 2/7/22 - Removed all parts and cleaned, ran cleaner and sanitizer through unit, ran one batch of ice and unit is working properly at this time.
Arrived at location on 9/23/21 - Unit scaled up cleaned off probes don’t see has no water. Keeps heating till high limit trips. Will order probe and board. Returned to location on 10/1/21 - Replaced probes tested unit ok. Water Board not needed.
Arrived at location on 7/21/21 - Found orifices clogged, had to remove burner assy and clean orifices. Brought up to temp checked for leaks were none. Operation ok at this time.
Found belt loose on exhaust fan on roof, Belt is still good, I tightened belt and unit is working properly at this time.
Replaced Oven probe and temperature control. programmed controller and started up and tested out, okay now. checked calibration, okay.
Found Bun Coffee Machine t-stat grommet bad, steam inside unit took out both boards. will order. 5/16/19 Replaced t-stat, timer kit and water level control. set batch levels. started up and checked out, okay.

Found unit running on arrival, Freeze cycle should be 15 mins. First cycle was 10 Ice was thin adjusted probe, Cycle still short with thin ice. Called tech support they asked if mounting bracket was bowed and it is they said to replace. Will order mounting bracket 02-4205-01 also need ice thickness probe. Machine also needs cleaning. 05/18/18- Replaced worn bracket. Started up and adjusted ice thickness. Watched unit drop 3 batches off ice . All checked okay
Tested, was working okay, found multiple errors on middle fryer for right hi limit. Will order new also for right fryer left side **Travel & miles billed work order 155285 4/25/18 Replaced hi limits, brought up to temp, tested okay.
Checked toaster unit, first thing I found was air intake for cooling fan blocked with dirt. Removed and cleaned - once I had intake off I found a lot of dirt on cooling fan and up inside unit. Cleaned out dirt best I could, ran unit found top back element not heating, found element burned up. Called factory, spoke to Adam, he gave me part #02.09.254.00. Will order part. 1/17/18 Installed new top back element, ran unit, heating okay, Also repaired cord at plug end.
Un crated new BIC unit, pulled old out and put new in place
