Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair: The client’s toaster oven needed maintenance due to dirty heating elements. I cleaned and inspected them, ensuring even toasting and reliable performance.
Booster Heater Thermostat Adjustment. In a professional kitchen, where a booster heater's thermostat was causing issues, I adjusted it. This ensures precise control over water temperature, crucial for dishwashing operations.
Commercial Griddle Repair: A restaurant encountered difficulties with the inconsistent heating of its commercial griddle. I intervened, disassembled the griddle, and meticulously cleaned its heating elements. Subsequent tests were conducted to validate uniform heat distribution. The client was signed up for our commercial kitchen equipment maintenance service plan to ensure the appliances within the facility remain well-maintained for the client and their business.
Commercial Grill Repair. A malfunctioning grill was causing operational disruptions for a commercial client. Our repair team swiftly diagnosed the issue—a faulty thermostat—and promptly replaced it. Arrived on, 8-29-23 Seth-Found capacitor swollen and bad. Replaced capacitor. Was just replaced about 4 months ago. Put date on side of capacitor in case it is an ongoing issue. Found cooling fan not working so will obtain and return. Returned on, 8-30-23 Seth-Fan Id’d wrong, will order correct and return. Completed on, 9-6-23 Seth-Replaced cooling fan on bottom oven.
Arrived on, 08/21/23- Kayden- On arrival found that fan was not working properly. Ran to supply house and got fan. Turned unit on and found that unit was low on refrigerant. Added refrigerant and watched unit drop to temp. Will return to leak check and further check. Returned on, 08/22/23- Kayden- Removed covers to the unit and began to leak check. I found the packing nut on the high side service valve leaking, so i tightened it to stop the leak. I went over the rest of the unit, but didn't pick up on any additional leaks. Pressures are still good and unit is cooling.
Arrived on, 7-5-23- Seth-Bottom rinse arm missing spray nozzle spray arm plastic will replace arm Spoke to Tom will replace both top and bottom. Returned on, 7-18-23- Seth-Replaced lower rinse arm. Tested. Sys ops ok.
Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair Service near Old West Chocolate Ave. I arrived at the client’s location to repair their commercial fryer. I inspected the appliance to determine the source of the problems. After determining the source of the problem to be an unlit pilot light, I relit the pilot light on the client’s appliance to get it working again. I tested the fryer to ensure it was heating to the proper temperature. The client was relieved that it was such a quick and easy fix!
Arrived at location on 1/20/23 - Upon arrival I had Bryan show me where the walk in is. I first thought the call was for a frozen evaporator, however they advised me that they shut the unit off at the breaker because it was freezing their wine bottles and other product inside. Box was at 25. I checked the thermostat and found it wasn’t sending anything to the unit. Removed old thermostat and installed new one. Powered unit back on and set the thermostat for 38 degrees. Watched unit satisfy and made sure temperature reading was accurate. Unit is working properly at this time.
Arrived at location on 1/19/23 - Went over unit found drain box vent pipe leaking. Tightened clamps. Cavity vent showed signs of previous leaking. Tightened clamps. Found door drip tray vent clogged. Unclogged. Ran unit through clean cycles and steam. Adjusted doors latch on top and bottom ovens for better seal. Could not find any more leaks.
Arrived at location on 1/5/23 - Found capacitor for motor needs replaced. Obtained and replaced. Also needs door switch. Jumped out for now will order and return. Returned to location on 1/9/23 - Replaced door switch. Tested. Sys ops ok.
Arrived at location on 11/9/22 - Found every time thermostat cycles temperature keeps going up till high limit trips. Spoke with Joe at cecilware is sending out new thermostat under warranty . Will return when part arrives. Returned to location on 11/22/22 - Replaced thermostat with imperial thermostat and adapter fitting. Tested. Sys ops ok.
Arrived at location on 11/25/22 - Arrived on site and spoke to manager on duty. Noticed that the burners will go down tremendously when one burner is lit at a time. In the back I found out the gas regulator was bad. Replaced regulator and tested unit. It was good.
Arrived at location on 5/31/22 - Found wire broke. Stripped back and replaced terminal. Tested. Sys ops ok.
Arrived at location on 5/4/22 - Manager said they got the water leak fixed but they want us to clean the ice machine but I had no cleaner on my truck. Need to return to clean the machine. Returned to location on 5/5/22 - To clean ice machine. I turned off ice machine and removed all parts from water side of unit and cleaned and sanitized them along with the inside of the unit and reinstalled all parts. Ran a cleaning cycle on unit and let it produce two batches of ice. Unit is running properly as of now.
