Commercial Coffee Machine Repair. A malfunctioning coffee machine was impacting business operations. Our technician identified the issue as scale buildup in the water reservoir and removed it to restore function, followed by a thorough inspection to ensure proper coffee brewing. The coffee machine was back in action, serving freshly brewed coffee to the customers.

Commercial freezer leaking from somewhere and water is pooling around it. Checked the drainage hose to make sure it wasn't tangled or blocked. Checked the evaporator pan and found it was too full, caused by a broken compressor. Replace the part and ensured the leak was gone.

Arrived at location on 3/7/22 - Ice machine was turned off. Started up ice machine. Found a leak in the water hose at solenoid. They had a replacement hose. Changed out hose with new. Unit started making ice. Could not find anything making noise. Bin filled up with ice. Checked both augers working ok. Talk to maintenance another company was working on the unit didn’t put nothing back together right. I found a piece of plastic down near the re-CERT auger. Took out. Maintenance will keep an eye on the ice machine as of now ice machine is making ice with no noises.

Arrived on site and inspected well steam table unit. found controllers for right two wells to be mounted upside down. made adjustments and turned unit on and monitored amp draw on two right wells and had good amp draw. opened element box on furthest right and inspected element and high limit. both are in good condition. did find infinite switch to be short cycling and not allowing unit to hit temp. opened second from right element box to inspect element and high limit. both in good condition. infinite control out of range. middle well on unit the element box had dropped in the front of unit. resembled and had no issue. will obtain replacement infinite controls for far right two wells and knob for right most well. 10/19/20 At location with follow up parts for far right 2 hot wells. I removed covers and replaced infinite switches and tested. I found the end heat well not heating and no amps and the heat well 2nd in from right heating well with good amps at 3.4. I put old switch back on
