Arrived at location on 6/3/22 - Customer was having to issue with coffee brewer tripping gfi outlet. Had customer brew pot of coffee no issues. I asked if it gets moisture back where unit sits and manager said it does. Removed bottom pot warmer and found wires to element showed that they were wet at one time. Customer gave me a sheet tray and I placed coffee brewer and grinder on top of it to help keep moisture away from warmer. All ok.

Arrived on site on 7/14/21 - Checked out unit and found on arrival that the water symbol was on display and none of the valves were working. Found that the A2 fuse on the board was open. Ohmed out all the solenoids at 4 ohms and nothing to ground. Installed new fuse and ran unit and left cycle for a period of time, there's no problem. Unit ran at 100% steam and couldn’t get anything to fail. Recommend to run it without over night cooking to see if it fails again and what setting it is in. Could be one of the valves shorting out from time to time. Will call John at 8 or 9 to see what he would like to do.

Came in and upon arrival the Steamer unit was running. per customer he said this morning when the standby light came on then the reset the standby went off and came back again. he said it happened just once today and they drained the unit and filled it again and it works just fine. I drained the unit a couple of times and filled it and the unit works just fine, no issues. blew the yellow valve in case there is any residue of scale so it will go through the drain. left the unit running for a while with no problems, probably some was stuck somewhere and got drained. customer will gave us a call if the issue comes back again. asked customer if he wants us to delime the unit and he will call us to gave us his decision.
