Arrived 4/11/22 - Checked over and found both pilots to be out upon arrival. Customer explained that they kept going out all the time. I was able to take a picture of the pilot assy that I want to get them replaced. However I haven’t been able to find the exact replacement for them. Also want to bring with 2 60” thermocouples. Will get with joey on finding the pilot part numbers. Returned to location on 4/14/22 - Installed new pilots along with thermocouples. During removal of left side thermocouple from safety valve the head of thermocouple got struck inside of valve and broke off. Had to order a new magnet head for the safety valve as I couldn’t get anything from lowe's to block off the line. Unit is off and gas for pilots is shut off. Part has been ordered from graingers and is available for pickup tomorrow morning. Returned to location on 4/15/22 - Returned with new magnet head for safety valve. Walk-In Cooler Evaporator was iced up when I arrived, so I deiced it. I noticed the new expansion valve had the wrong power element on it causing it to run a high super-heat. I replaced the power element and checked operation. I then found the thermostat was still calling for cooling at 34 degrees, and I had to turn the dial to almost 50 degrees to get it to shut off. Thermostat isn't sensing the proper temp so I replaced it. The cooler is now working properly. ** No charge travel and miles per Service Manager

Took Prep Table lower hinges and doors off so I could remove the front cover only to find that the new pan was too narrow. The old pan was 9 1/2" wide and the new one is only 6 1/4". The discharge loop would not fit into the new pan. I spoke to Diego at Delfield parts and he is looking into whether there is another pan option. For now I just put the unit back together. 2/11/19 Replaced the condensate drip pan. Picked up L bracket to install new pan.
