Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair near Laurel St. When we got a call from a commercial client regarding their blast chiller that was not operating, we quickly came out to assist. When I arrived at the business, I promptly got to work addressing the client’s issue. After inspecting the blast chiller, I determined the cause of the performance failure to be the lack of coolant in the appliance. I added coolant in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and the blast chiller was up and running again in no time. The client was grateful to have a working freezing unit in their establishment.
