Found Reach-In Cooler unit running with box temperature at 61°f. Found low refrigerant pressure. Pressurized with nitrogen and leak checked unit. Found leak at braze joint connections at suction line to evaporator. Recovered refrigerant, repaired leak, installed permanent access ports, pulled unit to <400 micron vacuum, Charged system and checked operation. Unit operating normally at this time.
I checked Oven operation and all elements were working. The belt shipped control was working fine. I took readings on the potentiometer and they were both off. We will need to order parts and return to install.
Found unit off. Pulled covers, found fuse blown on wash heater, replaced. Checked for short, found none. Powered up, found 27.3 amps, okay per data plate. Let run, found no mechanical reason for blown fuse. Let unit run, found slow leak on bolts for inner tray. Will need to replace washer seals in all bolts. Will order and return. Tightened bolt, temporarily stopped leak, okay to use. 3/16/17 removed both side and front cover from bottom of unit and removed all 8 bolts that held the rack in place and re-installed them with washer\seals tested unit @ operating temperature and found all okay at this time.
