Commercial Food Warmer Installation. A client sought to enhance its kitchen operations by adding a new commercial food warmer to their setup. Our expert installation team arrived at the establishment, fully equipped for the task. We carefully positioned the food warmer in an efficient location within the kitchen, optimizing workflow. Next, we connected it to the power supply and calibrated the temperature controls to meet the precise needs of the restaurant's menu items. Rigorous testing was followed to ensure that the food warmer maintained consistent and safe serving temperatures. With the installation completed, the restaurant was now equipped with a reliable food warmer, allowing them to keep their dishes consistently hot and ready to serve, thus satisfying their patrons with steaming, delicious meals.

Pizza oven is not cooking food evenly - the bottom of pizzas are coming out undercooked after installing a new thermostat. Found that the capillary tube bulb not in the correct place for the thermostat to register. Corrected the issue and tested to find that food is now cooking evenly.

Arrived at location on 1/12/23 - Spoke with customer and they would like the left thermostat replaced on the range griddle. Shut breakers off to unit and opened control panel. Had to remove bullnose to lift griddle to gain access to thermostat. Removed old thermostat and installed new one provided by customer. Reinstalled bullnose and control panels. Powered unit on and tested griddle functions. Griddle heats and cycles as should. Okay.

Arrived at location on 7/23/21 - Upon arrival, unit was off. I plugged the unit in, took an amp draw at the compressor and I'm pulling 3amps that tells me the compressor is running. I let the unit run discharge is nice and hot, suction is cool, all fans are running. Box is currently down at 34 degrees, not to sure as to why the temp rose on them in the first place but at this moment everything is working they are good to go.
