Tracy is absolutely great!! She has excellent product knowledge and communication skills. We recently purchased a hot tub. We had to be one of the toughest customers (that would be me a real pain) who took over 6 months to make a decision. During this period we must have visited the store 4 times and sent a dozen emails. Each time Tracy was so pleasant and responsive. She also called and "nicely" pushed us to make a decision. We purchased a house we are renovating and we have worked with at least a dozen "sales people". Tracy is the best by far. She is a real keeper. If it wasn't for her knowledge,communication skills and persistence we would have purchased the hot tub from your competitor Bruce at the spa superstore down the road

We were in the market for a Jacuzzi and went to Orlando then a few places in Melbourne. When we met Tracy at Mr. Fireplace and Spa our search ended. She is very knowledgeable and cares for her customers. We love our spa and the service we received from Mr. Fireplace.
