They did a great job and seemed to be very meticulous installing the new roof even though it was well below zero outside. They did an above average job cleaning up and said they would come back in the spring to search for any nails that were missed in the snow. They were very courteous and polite. I am very pleased with the look and quality of my new roof and so are my neighbors!

Not real thrilled with having to wait a week for an estimate. The salesman was friendly enough and seemed to know his business but what on earth could be the hold up for an estimate on a relatively small house. When I get these surveys before I have any other info it really makes one wonder.

We just had ARC out for a quote. Eric was punctual, polite, and an all around great guy. We have some "creative" 1970's construction issues and Eric was great about giving solutions. He had an estimate on the spot and if we were ready to pull the trigger, an extra discount. Eric made a great first impression for the company and an overall great experience with the quote process.

Everything from the sale to the installation was excellent. Brian was very professional and explained the product and process so well that the day of installation we had no surprises. The installation crew was very fast and really paid attention to detail in a professional manner. Installation and commissioning clean up were great.
