Life with Cantex was a slight bit rocky in the beginning, trying to get the appointments attended on time, samples to choose a color from. However, the knowledge of the local climate and it's effects on a low slope roof was second to none. We where given the good, better and best options and the benefits of each explained extremely well. A recommendation of this is what I would do if it was my house was given and the attitude of "if this was my house" was continued on to the very end of the project and the tone of a rocky start was now a distant memory and a Ora of complete confidences took it's place and we moved forward. The date had been set and all was a go, materials showed up on time and the music of a roof replacement began to ring out in our neighborhood for all to ummm, enjoy I guess...lol With issues being pointed out as we suspected we would have they where all addressed one by one to our complete satisfaction. With a pretty good knowledge of the construction process, Cantex handled the work with perfect professionalism and not one word was mentioned about additional cost or out of pocket expenses we would have to cover. At one point we did encounter a dilemma with our carport and we did see that it was a expense that would be well worth the investment to do the right thing now and believe me, the end result was 100% worth the additional cost that we covered with pleasure. With the recommendations proving to be the right move, the roof took shape in a wonderful display of team work and skilled craftsmanship. Shingle by shingle, all new accessories, flashing and caps we now have a roof to be proud of and yes we assume all bragging rights. Thank you Matt M. and all the folks at Cantex.
