Our salesman, Justin Mead, made the entire process a professional and pleasant experience. His initial presentation included actual samples of all the shingle choices as well as examples of all the materials to be used. He did not goad us into an insurance claim as many companies had done prior to his visit. The actual re-roof was completed by 3 p.m after starting at 7. Large crew worked efficiently and quickly, without sacrificing quality. Very happy!
