We were very happy with the sales pitch from Alex as well as the great work performed by the roofing crew. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards too. Our one issue related to new facia side boards that we wanted to replace where we have a very high roof peak above the back porch. CB Roofing was to deliver these boards and the drip edge early to our home so we could paint them the color of our house trim. When these materials were not delivered to us, CB Roofing agreed to do the painting. Unfortunately they only painted the front side of the facia. I have had to go on the roof myself to prime and paint the backside and bottom edge of the facia. This is challenging especially since these areas are not visible from the roof. This is why we did not give 5 stars for everything. We paid extra to CB Roofing for the more durable roofing materials and extended warranty, backed by Dow Corning. Hopefully this pays off over the longterm.
