(1) Reflash Dormer (approx. 9' walls and 7' pan flashing) (2) Rework cap shingles on 3 peak/fascia tie ins and cap shingles on dormer peak tie in (3) Replace shingles with toe board holes in them (approx. 20-30 shingles) everywhere trim work was done on walls (4) Replace square vent that has caulked nails that the caulk has peeled up and will trap moisture around nails with a black 750 vent
