I had a leaking roof and the sky lights in the frog were leaking badly all the way into the garage below them. CMS came and gave me an spot on assessment of what was wrong and the best choices for repairing or replacing. I chose to replace the whole roof ending the leaks, the rotted plywood, and the crumbling skylights. CMS set up a schedule, showed up on time did the complete repairs and replaced the whole roof , all leaking vents and the skylights removed as per my request. The site was never a mess. The bushes. Plants and windows and brick were protected. After the installation they cleaned my yard and were gone ahead of schedule. It looks fabulous like a new home. Everyone in the company was a pleasure to work with. The price was lower and any other bids I had gotten. I highly recommend Michael and his company if you have roofing issues.
