Happy with the finished product, really liked Rich during quote, that's why we went with dk without getting second quote, need to work on communication and customer service, work kept getting pushed out, had two boom trucks show up to deliver same order of shingles. Shannon did well on following up once I asked to be kept informed. When calling to receive final payment ask about the finished product and if customer was satisfied or had any concerns instead of just asking how to go about getting paid.
