The product demonstration was good. I did not like having decide on the spot for the "special price". We paid extra for labor since we have vinyl siding. "The siding needs to be removed / replaced by experienced installers". The installer did not remove any siding, he just cut around the window. They did return to install the correct safety glass that was missing on one of the windows. I asked for a refund for the extra amount paid for vinyl siding. No response from the company. Bad customer policy.
