Front End Good, follow up not good

Initial experience was good but the follow up to fix some lingering was not completed. I had to cal over and over again to get a response and although some of the things were completed, the last one was going to be taken care of weeks ago and still has not been done.

Energy Catchers replaced all of the windows in my home, The entire team was professional including the owner, salesman, install crew, and a follow up after the job was completed. Their customer service was no less than excellent. The install crew went over and above when they ran into a problem with the fit off one my old windows, to the new. (ie, had to remove and replace a small piece of hardiplank to make one of the new windows fit). I have had several big jobs within the last six months and experienced one problem after another. It was a pleasure to work with Energy Catchers, and I would never use another company for any of the home improvement services they provide.
