We would highly recommend Jacob’s Ladder for your roofing needs. Our home was in need of a new roof before winter set in. Jacob’s Ladder walked us through every process to helping us with the insurance claim to explaining every detail regarding the roofing process. We also were given an additional recommendation for additional construction to have completed to coincide with the roofing process. We wanted to choose a locally owned company and their price matching was also an added benefit. Installation was fast and after completion, we were called to see if everything was completed to our satisfaction. A new roof is not something we were expecting to have to plan for but Andrea, Melinda, and Hugh made our process less stressful!

I had called several roofing companies for estimates. I ended up going with Jacob's Ladder, their price was very fair, but what sold me is that they offered a 10 YR work warranty. In writing. Leak noticed in bathroom ceiling, homeowner thinks it is coming from flashing around exhaust vent.
Water damage assessment in living room of home. Inspecting for an estimate for mitigation and repair.
A small leak was detected just under the dormer on the left side. We need to inspect the roof thoroughly and look at the siding detail.
Roof replacement work is approaching completion. Arrived at residence and began roof replacement process. Removed all shingles from the house, the right slop was double layered, and the garage was as well. Removed satellite. Put an ice guard around the conduit pole on the roof. Removed and replaced the decking on the garage. All nails and fabrics have been picked up.
