The whole team of Jacob's Ladder is fully committed to providing the best service for you. From quoting to invoicing and taking care of even the smallest of details like where to leave the satellite dish antenna. I'm really impressed with their level of attention to detail.
The Jacob's Ladder team very thoroughly inspected the roof and carried out the necessary repair work with utmost care.
The roof was leaking, but I couldn't find out from where. Called Jacob's Ladder, and they found out the cause from around the chimney and fixed it in no time!
Jacob's Ladder did a roof replacement job for a shed in my Backyard. I am very much satisfied with their work and definitely recommend them for all of your roofing needs.
Professional removal and installed new roof repairing rotten places in three places.
We had such a wonderful experience using Jacob’s Ladder. After contacting several different companies, they were the only ones who responded quickly and they had the best price. Would absolutely use again!
My experience with Jacob’s Ladder roofing was positive from start to finish. They helped me navigate my home owners insurance…never giving up and advocating for me, throughout the process. They are so kind and professional and I am so grateful for them! My roof is finished and looks amazing! Most definitely would recommend them!
Great Company to Work with Very Professional did a really nice job on our House and our Barn.
After a horrible storm back on Feb 9, 2023, we like so many others watched pieces of our roof being peeled off like it was raining shingles!I placed a call to Jacob's Ladder. In no time a very knowledgeable lady climbs up on our very steep roof to access the damage. She was very helpful and explained the totally process and what we needed to do and what they would be doing. They patched several huge areas, because of the colder weather the replacement of the entire roof needed a bit warmer temperatures for the shingles to stick well. It took several weeks in order for our job to get scheduled at the right time. It took 4 days to complete because of the size of the job. They were respectful and hardworking. They cleaned up around the property and were very meticulous! The owners were here at all times. We highly recommend this company!
Every thing was compleated better than could be expected. all the workers were so nice and helpful my 5 year old was so fascinated with the work being done so i took him out to see ,all the workers showed him what they were doing he will never forget. i’m so thankful i found this company highly recommend them
In May of 2022 a very damaging hail and windstorm pretty much destroyed my entire roof in Lexington Kentucky. Due to an insurance company that did not want to pay Jacobs Ladder was able to negotiate payment for an entirely new roof, decking and all which now meets current codes. Final work was completed January of 2023. Now my roof which leaked into my kitchen from May 2022 through December of 2022 has ceased to leak onto my kitchen floor. Their work is so good it withstood the 100 mph plus winds of 3rd March 2023.
Easy to communicate with, professional, cleaned up after working. All around #1 business!! I recommend Jacob’s Ladder for all your related needs, they’re very friendly and treat you right!
Professional, friendly, show up on time, great communication & worked with us with our budget. Roof on the house & separate garage looks wonderful, most importantly no leaks! Highly recommend Jacob's Ladder.
The house has paint bubbling and paint stains throughout. They are not sure where leaks are on roof. Insurance company recommended they have an inspection done.
The whole roof has been shingled because we took everything off and put it back on the new stuff and then we put an ice guard over the Holo slope area!
A small leak was detected just under the dormer on the left side. We need to inspect the roof thoroughly and look at the siding detail.
Arrived at residence, upon inspection found hail and wind damage on the roof. Need an estimate for the roof replacement.
Roof inspection is ongoing and the weather is great! No storm damage was found, although there were 2 spots at the eves where some had ripped and there are spots where the electrical had pulled a tab and scrunched it up.
Roof replacement work is approaching completion. Arrived at residence and began roof replacement process. Removed all shingles from the house, the right slop was double layered, and the garage was as well. Removed satellite. Put an ice guard around the conduit pole on the roof. Removed and replaced the decking on the garage. All nails and fabrics have been picked up.
Roof is still in great shape. I did not see any loose shingles or hail damage. There's a leak in bedroom. Damp to touch. I recommend a roof repair for now to seal up the pipe boot, the males on the box vents, and the nails around the electrical mass.
Insurance Roof Replacement: Roof is over 20 years old, found wind damage on multiple slopes. The homeowner also had some concerns about his gutters overflowing and wanted us to re-position, the gutters if that’s what needs to be done and also clean them out.
A leak was noticed on the front slop of the house. Upon inspection, we found rotten decking and what seems to be the source(the gutter). So, we removed shingles and rotten OSB. Replaced 28”x29” piece of OSB and reinstalled gutter, facia, flashing, and shingles. All shingles have been resealed with caulk.
Performing couple of roof inspections in Danville Kentucky today. Helping to track down and repair leaks after all the snow and rain that we had.
There was some hail damage on the soft metals, but no impact on the shingles. The roof is old and needs to be replaced. We will also need some decking and a new skylight.
It was a temporary roof repair until replacement.
Light roof repair work has been completed - sealed some rusty nail areas under some shingles. Bent the drip edge out a little in case water was getting back into the soffit. Sealed some areas in need.
Did a roof inspection and there is hail damage everywhere!
Roof inspection for a leak. Found out the culprit was just behind the chimney!
