Customer called in from the Regency Park subdivision in Anderson,SC after receiving one of our flyers. This customer was worried they had storm damage after the April 6th, 2022 hailstorm came through this area. I performed my full property inspection and found hail damage on all slopes of the roof, gutters, downspouts, and window screens. I walked the customer through the claim process. They are filing a claim with Travelers insurance company. I will return to this property next week to meet with the insurance adjuster.
