Had a leak in my bathroom skylight, call the service after hours on Saturday to leave a voicemail, so I wouldn't forget. The owner answered and said someone should call me today but probably Monday. I got a call a few hours later stating he could come by in 30 to 40 minutes hoping to beat the rain. He arrived and it had just started to rain he waited until it slowed up and fixed the leak and cleaned some other areas of the roof within 30 minutes.
